Customer Service Master’s Program is our assurance that our partners and staffers perform to the highest standards of customer service delivery.
We provide event-specific training to staffers prior to every show, with role-playing, convention facilities tours, and as much information as we can give them about each trade show. We even train extra staffers (at no expense to our client unless the extra staff is placed in a position) so that if a staffer is absent, we have people who can hit the floor running, trained and ready.
Recognition: The “Great Job!”© program rewards outstanding performance. Staffers who go above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service throughout their assignment are recognized for their achievement with an opportunity to enter a daily drawing for fun prizes.
